Premium Only Plan (POP):

Allows an employee to pay their portion of group health insurance premium on a pre-tax basis (medical, dental, life, AD&D, and disability).

Medical Reimbursement Plan:

Allows an employee to pay for qualified un-reimbursed health care expenses on a pre-tax basis (such as deductibles, co-payments, eyeglasses, uncovered dental expenses, acupuncture, hypnosis, birth control, durable medical goods, transplants, chiropractor, psychiatric, and other eligible expenses provided under Department of Treasury Publication 502).
